We finally got to Cardinia Dam just in time tonight, and at number 9 on my ‘Out of Iso Destination’ I was so happy to be back. When we go here there is maybe one or two other cars, tonight the carpark was half full. I don’t think we have been there this late for some time, but the sun and the sky looked amazing. It’s great to see so many people out getting some fresh air and exercise at a safe distance from each other of course. Another first was seeing so many people there. There were also dozens of Kangaroos eating on the hill, they were lovely to watch. I think the best time to see them here is dawn and dusk. We could clearly see Mt Dandenong in the distance with it’s tv towers standing proudly. The water of the reservoir was glistening in the last light of the day. There maybe no one in this photo but I did have to wait a few moments for others to walk out of shot. What a beautiful sunset and an amazing place, so happy to get back there.
